Hi, I was wanting suggestions to decide between the two schools EDHEC and ESSEC. I got admitted into the ESSEC MSc Finance program which is a one year program and EDHEC's Masters in Finance - Financial Economics track which is two year program with a gap year in between.
I am really confused with the two. Both are in France, somewhere I have never been and unsure if I would like it. I want to get into consulting ultimately and any suggestions on which program would be a better fit for that would really help.
I graduated last year with a B.Comm in Accountancy and after that did the ACCA Qualification. I don't know french ( I am willing to learn though) and haven't had much of experience at all. I did a couple of internships at small companies. I want a career in consulting which is why I decided to go for a masters.
I am unsure if the commitment of two years at EDHEC is really worth it and would like to know of the job scope after graduating from these schools. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
