Hi I am currently a senior and attend a top 20 university in the US. I am planning to apply to Harvard's 2+2 MBA program and I was hoping someone could evaluate my chances.
GMAT Score: 730 (96th percentile) - Verbal: 41, Quant: 49, IR: 4
GPA: 3.85, will likely be top 5% or 10% of my graduating class
Previous experience: Interned at a large global bank in London in their Fixed Income trading team and I also interned at a large global investment bank in New York (where I will be returning post graduation)
Recommendations: I have 2 very good recommendations from the heads of my groups at my two latest internships

Hi there, and thanks for writing! Your academics are strong, asnd it sounds like you have a good start to your IB career. Aside from that and your recommendations, what will be critical is your extracurricular leadership experience - since 2+2 candidates don't have a lot of work experience, admissions committees take extracurricular leadership very seriously in assessing candidates' potential. Therefore, definitely be sure to highlight on your resume/application the commitment and impact you've made in this area. If you can share a bit more about your activities to date, I can help evaluate this as well. Thanks!
