Can anyone please evaluate my profile and predict my chances at the following schools -FSFM,EBS,NOVA,EDHEC
Undergraduation- Economics from Presidency College,Kolkata (graduated in 2017)
GPA- 7.2/10 (66%), top 30 percentile in class
Interned in an NGO and a start up
Extra curricular - committee member for the college fest, volunteered for various events, part of school football team, diploma in art and tabla
Represented my school at various academic events.
Did a finance course from udemy.
Part of a research work in college
Also what is the gmat score required for the above schools with my profile?

So overall you have a fair profile. Here are a few pointers about the same -
You have a fair extracurricular background with a mix of several college extracurricular activities. That can easily be highlighted in your application and essay and will provide a positive impact on the school admission cell.
GPA is a bit on the lower end, but you can compensate for it by highlighting your other profile strengths. Essay are a great way of doing this, so make sure that you spend enough time perfecting them.
Working in social organizations/ NGOs especially can give you an edge over others make sure you highlight it experiences gained here.
Your research work could be an interesting point to talk about in the essays. Here make sure you explain the rationale behind the same.
However, the schools are interested in impact rather than just participation.
So make sure that you exemplify your learnings on same.
As for GMAT score for Edhec, FSMS, EBS and NOVA you can consider 570 as a minimum score and 620+ as a competitive score.
With a good GMAT score of 700+, you have a good shot at the top B-Schools such as LBS and HEC.
Apart from it, Some other schools you can target would be
(710+ GMAT score ) Duke, Michigan
(670+ GMAT score ) ESCP, ESSEC, IE, WHU, RSM, Bocconi
