I just found this on the Official GMAT FAQ at the Manhattan website:
Quote:
If I feel that I have done poorly on the GMAT, can I cancel my score? Yes. If you feel like you have not done well, you can cancel your score at the end of the test. However, you will only be able to cancel prior to actually seeing your score, and your score will not be revealed if you choose to cancel it. Your score report, which will eventually be seen by your chosen business schools, will also indicate that you decided to cancel your score at that particular testing appointment.
I found it intersting that it appears your cancelled scores are still eventually sent to the schools you choose and they'll see you cancelled the score. That could be interesting they see you score a 730 but you felt bad about the test so you never saw the score. Or it could be good when you score a 530 and knew you did poorly so you cancelled the test.
Anyone else have thoughts about this?
