The real subject is the plural 'parts'. Therefore, the verb should be the plural 'are'. Let's Remove C and D.

We can eliminate B for following the preposition with a clause.

One can easily see through the verbosity of A, using both 'such as' and 'for instance' used for citing examples.

E is concise and the best.
