"every piece" could be replaced by "one piece"

spilled Raisinette is singular and the verb close ot it should have singular form.

So has is apropriate.

Every piece of popcorn and spilled Raisinette on the theater floor (has/have) stuck in the treads of Larry's new Nike running shoes.

Pick the correct verb!

Have.

2 nouns piece of popcorn and spilled Raisinette are connected using and.

has should be used when the nouns are connected using or and the noun preceding the verb is singular.
