(C) for me. I took 0:30.
The underlined portion of the question presents some kind of a list that has to be parallel to the last item in the list that lies in the non-underlined portion. And as we can see, the non-underlined portion of the list contains a Subject-Verb pair. Thus, the rest of the items of the list too shall follow the same structure.
Only option (C) has all the rest of the items in S-V form, making them parallel to the last item in the list.
