Hey guys....how one can finance his MBA fee, i can manage only half of the tuition fees in tier 1 universities.
This is a great and common question. The optimal answer would be scholarships, but it is unlikely that you will have enough scholarship and personal savings to cover ALL of the MBA expenses. Most candidates end up taking out a loan. There are a few options for loans (i’m not the expert in this area). As for scholarships, this will depend on your competitiveness for the program.

Hi Jen, how important according to you is the international experience for a MBA applicant?
LamboWalker, Depends on the program - INSEAD, CBS they are going to certainly want you to have international experience prior to the program, preferred that you have worked abroad, even if for a few weeks or have daily interactions. Schools like NYU and LBS are going to want to see daily interactions/travels. And the rest of the top programs place value on international experience, but it isn’t a requirement.
All of this is to say, you need to illustrate how you have been able to work with and navigate cultural and communication differences. This can be professional or personal travel. If you have visited other countries on vacation, this counts! don’t discount your expeirences!

It is written in St. Gallen website that one may not need to provide any proof for english proficiency ( IELTS, TOFL) but someone told me that they prefer candidates with these scores over who don’t
is it true?
I’m not certain, but if your verbal score is lower, an English Proficiency exam may help adcoms clear any doubts they have.

I have 10 years of experience as sales engr, business development, and sales manager in international market. will it be considered as a plus point or would be weighed against me, as i can see that avg exp across top universities is around 4-5 yrs
10 years is at the top of the range for 2 year full-time MBA programs. You would be better applying to 1 year programs (make sure they don’t require a previous masters degree). The EU/UK schools are great of more seasoned candidates - RSM in particular.
