I've taken 3 official GMAT practice exams, 1
e-GMAT test, and 1 Princeton Review exam over the past month, and I'm happy that my score has been increasing, but given that my official exam is 3 weeks away, I'm wondering whether I should change my study plan.
7/15: 680 (35V | 48Q | 5 IR) Official GMAT Practice Exam, took at a coffee shop, approximately 10-15 minute breaks between each section
7/23: 650 (37V | 43Q | 5 IR) Princeton Review, took at home, approximately 10-15 minute breaks between each section
7/29: 670 (36V | 45Q | 8 IR) Official GMAT Practice Exam, took at a coffee shop, strict 8 minute breaks
8/5: 710 (38V | 49Q | 8 IR) Official GMAT Practice Exam, took in a private room at a library, strict 8 min breaks
8/6: 720 (42V | 46Q)
e-GMAT exam, took in a library, although it was not in a private room nor quiet setting as there were children screaming and running around
Since my official exam is in 3 weeks, I'm considering to do the following, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas based on my score history:
Week 1 (this week):
- M-F, do 30 Q and 30 V medium-hard GMAT official practice questions daily, review correct and incorrect questions
- Sat: Take Official GMAT practice exam in private library room, strict 8 min breaks
- Sun: Take
e-Gmat practice exam in private library room, strict 8 min breaks
Week 2:
- M-F: Do 30Q and 30V hard GMAT official practice questions daily, review correct and incorrect questions
- Sat: Take official GMAT practice exam, private library room, strict 8 min breaks
- Sun: Take
e-Gmat practice exam in private library room, strict 8 min breaks
Week 3:
- M-Th: Do 30Q and 30V hard GMAT official practice questions daily, review correct and incorrect questions
- Friday: BREAK
- Sat: Take
e-GMAT practice exam, review incorrect answers for all mock tests taken
- Sun: BREAK
- Mon: EXAM DAY at noon. In the morning, do 5 easy/medium questions for Q and V each as warm-up
Also, I'm wondering if I should take
Manhattan Prep practice exams instead of
e-GMAT practice exams. I've heard good things about both, but I'm not sure if one is more accurate than the other. Is there a consensus on which is more accurate?
Thanks everyone!
