It's definitely a drag seeing your accuracy fluctuate so much. At the same time there are things you can do to address those issues and achieve high accuracy consistently.
One is to analyze each question you miss to determine why you missed it and address what's going on. If you find that you missed it because of a knowledge gap, then review the topic you weren't clear about. If you find that you missed it because of a flaw in the way you executed. Practice more questions of that type to improve your execution.
