I received an email today which offered me verbal online course for 179USD. I wanted to pay and sign up for that course but 565USD have been debited from my account. Maybe some products have been added either automatically or by mistake while entering the username and password after checking out through the link in the email (which contained offer) though only verbal online course has been activated in my account.
Therefore I humbly request you to refund the excess money charged i.e. Amount charged less cost of verbal online i.e. 565USD - 179USD = 386USD
Attached below is the message from my bank and the screenshots of the offer received on email and course activated i.e. only verbal online.
USD565.00 was spent on your SBI Card ending 3382 at E-GMAT COM on 26/10/18. Available Credit Limit: Rs.147,751.98.
Hoping for a positive response from you as early as possible. It is a lot of money for me and my family and I have not been able to focus on my learning after this transaction. Please help.

Please write a mail to EGMAT.I am not their representative but I have used their course and it was a good experience
These guys are good ,they might take some time to reply but they definietly will refund.
So sleep in peace,your money will be back.
