I have 15+ years of experience in selling IT Hardware for enterprise clients. This is a low base / high commission job and it has been spectacular for the last 15 years.
I am thinking about enrolling in the Executive Master's program which would cost around $100k factoring in travel.
Has anyone taken this program and how has it affected your life? I have evaluated Exec MBA and not found it suitable for my career, as taking a $220k loan and learning to be a generalist doesn't somehow make sense to me.

Would like to know your opinion on the program (Exec. Masters in Tech. Mgmt @ Columbia) you were asking about? I am trying to make up mind between EMBA and Exec. Masters in Tech. Mgmt .
Executive mba makes difference if you are looking to go up the ladder in your organization or if you are looking for investors to grow your business. Otherwise at this stage of your already successful business it makes no sense to get a tech mba. So consider your motive and then enroll.
