What has been everyone's experience with the Official Gmat paper tests they are now offering? Am I going to see enough 700+ level questions to make it a strong indicator of actual performance?

I found them too simple. I would stay away from them, unless you are looking for practice material in the early portion of your preparation.

Yea those paper tests are a bit of a joke in terms of difficulty.
