Hi MuditCAT,
Many GMATers are unhappy with their initial practice scores, but you really shouldn't be. That 430 is just a measure of your skills right now - and you'll improve on that result over time as you learn more about the content, Tactics and little 'secrets' of the Exam. Many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so you shouldn't expect to have mastered any of the content in just 4 days. At this point, it's too early to determine whether 2.5 months of study will be enough for you to hit a 650+ or not, but to consistently score 650+, you will need to significantly improve your skills in BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections - and that training will take time. Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level.
Before I can offer you any additional advice for your studies, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on your timeline and your goals:
1) To clarify: going forward, do you think that you can study 30-40 hours each week?
2) When you say that you "need" a 650+, what does that mean? Will scoring a 650 guarantee you entry into a particular Program? Is a 650 the minimum Score that you need to apply?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
