Hello all.
I took the 2nd official prep test today, mainly to see if I improved my quant. Similarly to the first test I experienced a bug where the "Next" button freezes up and you're left with no choice but to exit/refresh the exam in order to continue. This time I had the same issue (different browser though). 3 hours into the test I'm expecting to finally do the quant section, but instead I'm faced with my final score report! In other words, the test had somehow skipped the entire quant part with no warning and I received a score of 0 with 0 questions answered (which shouldn't even be possible). The test is saved and I can't edit it or anything.
I don't want to reset the test since that will mix up the questions between the two tests rendering both of them useless. Anyone had this issue before? I emailed support already but it will take them several days to reply.

If you've seen the final score report, there may be no real option but to "retake" the mock. Consider skipping the Verbal questions and going straight to the Quant section. Might also be worth using another device (for example a laptop you may also have) to see if it makes a difference.

Strange that it happened.. which section option did you opted?
