The question bank for official tests 1 and 2 is pretty large. So, if you reset the tests and retake, you'll see mostly new question in the quant section.
Also, quant sections of third-party practice tests tend to be pretty good. So, if you want to focus on quant only, you could use one of those, taking into account how that particular third-party test is known to score.
An alternative route to seeing how you're doing in quant is to consider your practice question accuracies. If you're achieving higher accuracy in a number of quant topics, then you're making progress.
