Hi Sir
I was just reading
Manhattan Prep GMAT all quant book. It says in the topic "factors and multiples"
A multiple of an integer is formed by multiplying that integer by any
integer. What are the multiples of 8? The multiples include 8, 16, 24, and
32 (and keep going forever). On the GMAT, multiples of an integer are
equal to or larger than that integerMy Question is
If a multiple is formed by multiplying that integer by any integer, Then are -8 and -16 also multiples of 8 , since I multiplied them with -1 and -2 which are integers.
If -8 and -16 are multiples of 8 , then multiples of 8 could also be less than 8
please comment
Thanks
