This might be a stupid question, but did everyone already submit their FAFSA? I wanted to wait to see if I got accepted before going through all that. When is the latest one can send those in?

Every school has a different deadline, but I would send it in ASAP. Because the longer you wait, the more the funds will become exhausted and less will be left for you. If you do not have a pin # it will take even longer. I would suggest doing it asap. And for others who are unaware of where they will attend, you can send your SAR (Student Aid Report) to multiple schools so you do not have to wait until you decide.

can you please post the link for the application. Good advice by the way. regards

Squali - a man after my own heart! I am so glad someone got on the "submit your fafsa!" rant in my absence.

BTW - it is not a hassle. Assuming your taxes are filed, it will take you about 15 minutes. Even if you don't understand your taxes, it's still easy. You just match up the line numbers and plug in the info. Also, collect your current balances for your checking, savings, and investments. Don't worry about retirement accounts.
