Hi,
I am curious as to whether you think a Chicago MBA or a Princeton Masters in Finance would be better for someone who definitely wants to stay in investment mgmt, preferably in a research or trading capacity.
I have about 4 years of experience working in the back/middle office at an investment firm, and I'm taking level 3 of the CFA in June.
I would lean toward the MBA since it is the more flexible and widely recognized credential but Princeton does have one of the best Masters in Finance programs.
Thanks for your response. I presume the best schools for asset mgmt would be Wharton, Columbia, Chicago, and NYU, in that order. Would you agree? What other schools would you add to this list?
