Resolve paradox Type Question

A patient complained of feeling constantly fatigued. It was determined that the patient averaged only four to six hours of sleep per night, and this was determined to contribute to the patient's condition. However, the patient was not advised to sleep more.

Which one of the following, if true, most helps to resolve the apparent discrepancy in the information above?

(A) The shorter one's sleep time, the easier it is to awaken from sleeping.
The ease of Awakening from sleep does not associate itself with fatigue alleviation.
(B) The first two hours of sleep do the most to alleviate fatigue.
Good for the first two hours but is a known fact that humans requie 6-8 hours of sleep and just because the first two hours do the most to alleviate fatigue does not mean that patient should also sleep just for 2 hours. Also alleviating fatigue from previous day doe not mean that the next day will be equally fatigue induced and may be more stressfull than the previous day.
(C) Some people required less sleep than the eight hours required by the average person.
Some people require less sleep but we dont know if our subject lies in the group of those some people or not and so the doctor cannot assume the patient to be in that group and aslo the same is not state in the argument as well.
(D) Most people who suffer from nightmares experience them in the last hour of sleep before waking.
Nightmares are not mentioned in the argument.Although some might say nightmares may be related to fatigue but it is not a fact which is mentioned int he argument and for that reason it is out of scope.
(E) Worry about satisfying the need for sufficient sleep can make it more difficult to sleep.
Good explaination of why it is not adviced to sleep more even when more sleep is needed because such advice will act counter productive and lead to even lesser sleep.

B is incorrect for following reason.
Two hours do the most (say 70% ) to alleviate the fatigue, but what about the remaining (30%) of the fatigue.

Guys, the option E is correct :

(E) Worry about satisfying the need for sufficient sleep can make it more difficult to sleep.

But tell me that why are we immediately concluding that advising the patient to sleep more will worry him ?
