Interesting; I'll have to keep an eye on this thread. My employer brought iPads for my department. Of course they are the cheaper ones....with only 16GB of storage, so I can't have too many apps on there.

I have a smartphone (Droid), but I find the iPad much nicer to check email and to browse the net with. And it is very fast (the version I have is Wi-Fi only, so don't know about 3G). I also tweet from it and access the e-textbooks I purchased for my classes. However I am hesitant to consider it a true 'tablet PC'. With no usb port and no way to use Google Docs (why?) I can't edit documents. I have iWork on my Mac desktop and I'm not interested in buying it for the iPad. I've been disappointed by the 'web page apps' so far....like Huffington Post's app and OKCupid's app. I prefer Forbes over Bloomberg...but maybe I'll give that app a try.

Thanks for starting this thread!

+++ Safari*
++ Bloomberg
++ Netflix (my 3 year old son loves it after I blocked YouTube... )
++ Photos* (nice way to watch and show photos and videos from iPhone)
+ Traffic Rush (my son)

And of course GMAT ToolKit for iPad as I only one (almost) who already has it :)

I'm not sure exactly where to put this category, but the iPad has a few nifty games. The most interesting is "Osmos."
