I cannot emphasize enough on the importance of good recommendations! A great recommendation, result driven resume, good essay, and decent GMAT and GRE are very important to land an interview. And from there students have to lead the way. Networking with student ambassadors and current students makes a lot of difference too.

Thanks Harshita, can you also throw some light on how the Career Center helps students in getting into their desired company/job/role
Career center connects with admitted students way before they reach the school. You work with them in finalizing your resume, cover letters, etc. They help you prep for your pitch to the companies, networking, interviewing, etc. Every student is assigned a dedicated career team member with whom you may practice mocks and reach out to get advice.
They also provide access to resources that can help you prepare and keeps updating when some important job application deadlines approach.
