The Official GMAT Twitter page may post a discount code now and again. There's currently one you can check out, for example. Might be worth also checking out whether the schools you're applying to may offer an APPLICATION waiver such NYU Stern.

So, there is currently, until July 31 a special discount available on the GMAT registration. https://gmatclub.com/forum/25-gmat-test ... 15650.html

To get a waiver on the GMAT test and get it completely for free, that is only some thing that’s available through the University. Some universities purchase and pay for registration and then distribute these waivers to students who wouldn’t otherwise take the GMAT or be able to afforded yet would be good candidates to apply. These are quite rare. I would say very rare and usually very targeted.
