What's the best approach in my application? How should I focus my essays? I'm applying 2+2 and GSB deferred in my third round.

Profile:
Engineer (current senior), 3.7 GPA
Internships from multiple of Google/Facebook/Microsoft/Apple/Amazon
Female, Minority but not URM
Flagship State University
Lived in foreign country for 3 years
Undergraduate Research for 3 years
Recs from research professor and manager from internship (I have a very close relationship with both)
Full time as a product manager in tech division at a hedge fund
TA for introductory engineering class
Involved with engineering organizations, help women and other underclassmen with advice and internships + full time offers (directly responsible for several)
Multiple scholarships - together covered full ride for college
GRE perfect quant, near perfect verbal, 80% written

I'm worried that there's nothing special in my story. My biggest thing is I like to change and improve and help others do so, but I think that's too pedantic. Also since harvard loves stem and entrepreneurship, will the hf job count against me?

Thanks for your detailed post and congrats on your GRE score! The HF job will help your application actually (though I am curious which fund).

In terms of your story, I would love to explore it further with you if you want to have a consultation about your applications. Send me a note scott@personalmbacoach.com

Based on what I see here, there is decent content to work with but I would like to explore your background further.

Best,
Scott
