I'm worried that there's nothing special in my story. My biggest thing is I like to change and improve and help others do so, but I think that's too pedantic. Also since harvard loves stem and entrepreneurship, will the hf job count against me?

In terms of your story, I would love to explore it further with you if you want to have a consultation about your applications. Send me a note
Based on what I see here, there is decent content to work with but I would like to explore your background further.
