33 year old Indian female (applying in 2021 admissions for ISB & IIM’s)
Education (undergraduate institution, GPA, major - high school/entrance exams not needed):
Bachelors 2006-2009 : Delhi University GPA 3.3 major Chemistry
Masters 2009 2011: Delhi University GPA 2.3 major Chemistry
Bachelor of Education 2013: Indraprastha University Delhi, GPA 3.7

Work experience (highlight amount of work experience, industries, roles, promotions, special accomplishments, international exposure):
- Total 8 years
- 7 years of Postgraduate teacher at a school in Delhi, India. Joined at young age while the position is usually filled with average experience of over 10 years. Continuously enabling students to achieve high marks in yearly CBSE board exams for class 12th(Senior Secondary) and clear competitive exams i.e. JEE & NEET. Currently groomed for Headmistress role where I lead all academic activities up to class 10th (Secondary School) though unable to take position as I lack necessary experience as per Govt regulations.
- 1 year as Research Assistant at Ranbaxy India. Primary role was of research and development with focus on testing samples imported by Ranbaxy from multiple countries such as China & Japan.
Extracurricular activities (highlight notable undergraduate and post-undergraduate ones):
- DC Arora fellowship grant available to one student per year.
- Participated in intercollege basketball tournaments.
- Appreciation certificates for being highest scorer in first two years of Bachelors.
- Gold medallist for aggravate highest scorer for North campus, Delhi University.
- During my free time, I give free guidance classes for high school students in Mathematics and Sciences.
Post-MBA goals:
I want career change from Education to management. In my current role, if I were to move to management, I will required 8 years more work experience in the same role.
Target schools:
I'm really inclined towards doing my MBA from ISB because of its 12 month programme
