Hello,

I have 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Engineering field. I plan to apply for MBA program. I am still in confusion whether to apply for FEMBA program or EMBA program. Though I am not people manager, I worked engineering team lead for few years. EMBA programs seems too expensive, and I believe I am too old(38 yrs Old) for FEMBA program. My career goal is to find/increase growth opportunities. Again, I may be seen as too old for typical MBA jobs(consulting/Finance). Can you guys throw some insight into both FEMBA and EMBA perspective ?

Thanks,
Shiva.

Dear Shiva,
Well either can work. The question is more: what will work with your schedule? EMBA programs have lots of different ways of being organized - Weekends, or week-long modules, or online components. so really it's a question of what fits you.

Best,
