After studying verbal for a few months, this meme has confused me a little.

From what I understand, "fewer" is used with countable nouns and "less" is used with uncountable nouns. So, is "you" countable? What am I missing here?
One you, Two you, Three you, doesn't make sense in my head. On the other hand (at least in my head), "of you" seems to be countable
One of you, two of you, three of you.....
If this phrase was included in a SC problem, I would eliminate "less people" not because of a countable/uncountable error, but rather a meaning issue ("less of you" could mean that someone is missing an arm or leg)
