Fifth GMAT

I need help, please.
I have taken the GMAT four times:
1st 560 (forgot breakdown)
2nd 590 (48Q/24V)
3rd 690 (47Q/37V)
4th 660 (45Q/36V)
Although my 690 is a competitive score, I am trying to break into 700+ in order to stand a better chance at elite schools and for job-related reasons (I am in Finance, and sometimes employers ask for your GMAT score). I have taken a Kaplan course, Kaplan tests, PowerPrep tests, read the Kaplan 800 book, read Manhattan Verbal books, and PR Verbal Books. I grasp the concepts, and the tricks. However, come test time, I cannot seem to execute.
I find myself spending way too much time in Q section. In fact, I have had 5 minutes and 17 questions left. I end up skimming through the stems and guessing as best I can. I need to learn how to fold and move on to the next questions. I would say that is definitely my Q problem, but I cannot seem to find the balance of time management and answering correctly. At what point should I stay on a question and finish it or guess and move on? After the first 10? Can anyone suggest good practice, preferably online, for Q pacing and effectiveness? It sounds like the Challenge is that.
As for Verbal, I cannot figure out my problem. I feel very confident as I take the test. I spot the mistakes in SC, I take notes in RC, and I find the assumption in CR. Then when the score is reported, not so good. Does anyone have any suggestions for materials, preferably online and quiz-related, that helped them put their V score over the edge?
Finally, can anyone suggestion accurate CAT's, ones which I have not already used? Maybe the Manhattan ones? I am looking to take the test again in a month.
Any and all help is appreciated. I can practically taste the 700, but for some reason it eludes me.
