Given: Fifty numbers are arranged in descending order. The last number is 1. The ratio of any number and its preceding number is 1: 3.
Asked: The 45th number is
50th number = 1
49th number = 3
48th number = 3^2 = 9
nth number = 3^(50-n)
45th number = 3^(50-45) = 3^5
IMO C
