Area=1/2*a*b=24
Hence, a*b= 48
a=b+2
b*(b+2)=48
48 can be factorised like
6*8
Hence b=6 and a=8
3,4 and 5 are pythagorian triplet.
Similarly 6,8,10 are also pythagorian triplet.
Hence c=10
Also it can be achieved from
a^2+b^2=c^2
