Filing a complaint?

So I wrote the GMAT today. I scored 610. A bit disappointed as it was lower than the 640-650 that I was getting on the GMAT/PowerPrep exams but definately better than the 550 I scored previously.
However, I did have an issue leading into the Q section. I returned to the testing room with >1 minute to spare, was fingerprinted and the attendant led me back to the testing computer. He couldn't log in! He went back to his computer (outside of the testing room) and motioned for me to come back. He fingerprinted me a second time but upon reentering the room, still no luck at logging in! So back out we went, he fiddled on his computer a third time (no fingerprint) and we reentered the testing room were he was finally able to log in.
It cost me > 2 minutes. Although I don't think it affected my ability to focus, I did not have the proper amount of time to spend on Q36 or Q37 and am pretty sure I would have gotten both of them right if I had had an additional minute+ to spend on either of them.
Anyone have any opinions as to whether it is worthwhile to file a formal complaint? I think it was largely computer related (they had issues at the testing facility all morning) but the attendant was not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed and was very sloooow (in addition to being a two-finger typest)! Any ideas what (if anything) would be done? Would they have all of this information with regards to timing, attempted loggins, etc available on the report? I should state that I would have had the full 75 minutes if the initial log-in had been sucessful.
