Hey there,
Thanks for dropping by dude!
So you have some good stuff there: First of all, Filipino nationality. Definitely more unique than Chinese. So you can be thankful for that
. Second your function: marketing. It's a good solid industry and just as importantly, it's not IT!
Your work experience is right now a bit hard for me to evaluate precisely, but it seems pretty good.
The big question mark for me here is your family business: How big is it? How many employees? What is its potential for growth? Etc. etc. Basically the way it works is the bigger the family business, the better it is for your application. I mean if you were going to take over a huge firm with thousands of workers, what school WOULDN'T want to take you on???
From what I can see here, your school list looks pretty reasonable. You have a good mix of schools that are a bit tougher and those that are a bit easier, which seem to match you. You might even want to add Kellogg to your list, even though it is a tough school it does pretty much fit you to a T.
Best,
JF
