Hi,
Thanks for posting. Sounds like you have a lot of strengths going for you, including:
-respectable GMAT & university
-study abroad/international experience
-good experience with global companies; diversity of exposure/experience including sales, product management, training/managing others, and the family business experience
Potential weaknesses:
-GPA, might want to address if possible
Unknowns:
-more on leadership experiences
-community involvement? other activities?
-essays/recs/interviews
All in all if the unknowns are strong
I think your school list is appropriate. Let us know what other q's you have and good luck on the admissions process.
