Prudery(modesty,cautiousness) actually(contrast) draws attention to the vice(evil,bad habit) it is supposed(contrast) to (i) (opposite of draws attention) ;(semicolon indicates contunuation of first part)
the very act(prudery) that forbids speech or prohibits sight ii)(opposite of hidden) what is hidden.
So the best answer is
i) repress
ii) dramatizes
