In option C,I think structure wise it is wrong as ",and Lewis Stewart "is not written with Wesley Smith
and "who" modify both "Lewis Stewart and Wesley Smith"
Please correct me if i am wrong

Hi

If we observe the question, proceeding on from "Lewis Stewart and Wesley Smith", the sentence reads: who would later establish a reputation as a community organizer.

Therefore, we can deduce that a reputation as community organizer is established by only one out of Smith and Stewart. "Who" appearing closest to "Wesley Smith" can be most logically interpreted to be modifying Smith and not Stewart.

This meaning is best communication in option (C), which states: Wesley Smith, who would later establish a reputation as a community organizer, and Lewis Stewart.

Additionally, the modifier "Filmed in New York" in the question must modify the movie "The Wake Up Call", but is placed next to "the producer", which is incorrect. Option (C) eliminates this error by stating: Filmed in New York, The Wake Up Call...

Therefore, option (C) is the best form of the sentence presented in the question.

Hope this helps.
