Most of them will let you apply straight from college (some won't) however it's very difficult to get in without work experience, and you'll need to show how you're ready for bschool today. A low GPA is always tough to overcome and it can be nearly impossible to do so as a current college student going for the standard MBA program.
There are two US schools with specific programs for college seniors to apply through, and those are HBS 2+2 and Yale Silver Scholars. IESE YTP and the ISB YTP are also designed for your profile. But all of them place a high value on academics and we've never seen someone with a low GPA be successful. It's possible, but not probable.
