After over a year of on and off studying, with a complete halt a few months ago as I started a new job and got an apt, I am ready to make my final lap towards the finish line. I definitely put off scheduling the test for awhile because I didn't want to take it unless I was confident in my practice scores. However I think this is a bad strategy because it kept making it easier to put off studying. Now I have 2 and a half months , March 15th, to really dig in.
My last GMATPrep score was a 690 about a few months ago, and that was my highest practice score. I usually average 660-680 on practice tests before that GMATPrep score. I am shooting to break the 700 barrier which I find a difficult barrier to break. However I think 2 months of in depth studying should give me the 20 or so point bump I need.
I forget what my breakdown was but I always get high verbal scores, 41s 90%ile however I only get above average math, 42-44. I need to break that math barrier !! I am good at problem solving and always performed well in math and aced calculus so I feel I have the ability to at least score a 46-48 in math. I just need to figure out the correct mindset to approach problems. The way some people answer math questions on here is so elegant. I take a more brute force approach.
Anyway anyone have any advice on a study plan ?? I work full-time. (i.e Hours , How should I study? etc)
