Disclaimer: I do not work in financial aid.
This isn't specifically related to this year's application cycle, but I applied to a non-MBA graduate program previously, and their decision date was not until March. I still had to fill out the FAFSA because my state's application date was in February. I did end up taking out some loans so it was a good thing that I did file. I don't see what you have to lose as the FAFSA only provides an expected family contribution number and isn't a guarantee of financial aid - it just informs your school. My understanding is if you don't file, you can't apply for Stafford loans.
I just read through the other threads - I had no idea so much went into preparing to file the FAFSA! I don't think I've ever had enough income/assets to have to worry about moving things around.
