It appears that HEC Paris doesn't have full merit based scholarships. So do everyone who goes to HEC Paris just take out a loan or get external scholarships/sponsorships?

I think most people end up borrowing at least something….
I got a full scholarship and a fellowship and a little bit more on top of that and I still had to borrow a bunch of money for living expenses… so yeah, you will probably need to borrow if you don’t have $40k or $50k hanging around for living expenses
