Revenue = Selling Price * Sales
Let us consider Revenue = 99 SP = 11 Sales = 9
St 1: When the salesman reduces the selling price of the product by 9.09%, the sales increase by 11.11%
9.09% = 1/11 11.11% = 1/9
SP is reduced by 1/11 = 11- 11* \(\frac{1}{11}\) = 10(reduced price)
Sales increase by 1/9 = 9+9*\(\frac{1}{9}\) = 10
Thus new revenue = 10*10 =100 No chance Hence Suff
St 2: The number of units of the product sold before the change in price was 990 Nothing is given about the selling price before and after Nothing is given Sales after change in price Hence not suff
