\(\frac{8^{12}+4^{13}}{8^{6}+4^{14}} = \frac{(2^3)^{12}+ (2^2)^{13}}{(2^3)^{6}+ (2^2)^{14} } =\frac{(2)^{36}+ (2)^{26}}{(2)^{18}+ (2)^{28} }=\frac{2^{26}* (2^{10}+1)}{2^{18}*(1+2^{10}) } = \frac{2^{26}}{2^{18}}=2^8 \)
