Is the units digits actually 0 (not provided in answer choices)? Since 14^34 = (10^34)*(1.4^34) and therefore its units digit would equal 0? I know the answer if you follow the patterns of integers to power n is 6 but if you use a calculator or excel it gives you zero as units digit (Most likely because they're estimating after several decimal places but I want to be 100% sure).

The answer should be E: 6
Powers have a cyclicity of four.
34/4 gives remainder 2. So the units digits of 14^34 will have the same units digit as 14^2, which is 4x4 =16
Hence answer 6.
