There are many benefits to timing your practice, including:
Q50/V47 on GMATPrep 2 with 4 wrong in quant and 4 wrong in verbal.
Is this more indicative of scoring than the MGMAT test? I've gotten 6-7 wrong on an MGMAT test and still scored a Q51, is 4 wrong all you need to drop to a Q50 on the real deal?

I think the MGMAT scores a bit more leniently than GMATPrep.
Yes the GMAT Prep is more indicative of what you're gonna get. As long as you didn't see too many repeats. When you take the real one just look at it like its just another practice CAT. You've already taken a bunch of these. It's just another one. Get some good rest the night before, eat some complex carbs (whole wheat toast, pasta or energy bar)before the test, practice a few problems before the test to warm up and if you like coffee, drink it. Don't overstudy the night before, just enough to maybe stay warm if at all. Just my .02.

Amazing only 4 wrong questions in Q and V. MGMAT scoring algorithm is different from GMAT so you can expect different scores. Anyways its just not the number of questions but also difficulty level of the questions you answered correctly.

I will be surprised if you don't get 750+ on the day.

My gmatprep test I took yesterday I got 12 wrong on Q and got a 50, go figure I wish I understood the scoring

Q51 = 99% Q50 = 95 Q49 = 89
I think there's just a much wider range of possible scores for each raw score below 51. This is why you can have identical score breakdowns with different totals. A Q50 with 4 wrong, with a V47 is good for a 780, but maybe a low Q50 and V47 would be a 770.
Oh well, that's kind of frustrating but there's no reason to try to figure out the algorithm. All we can do is our best
Good Luck and comeback with a good, detailed inspirational story!!!

I'm actually not nervous or excited at all. I feel like I know the information cold and I just need to sit down and do it.
It's actually been kind of frustrating, I feel like I knew everything I know now almost a month ago and I've been trying to maintain my edge this whole time. I'll be relieved when it's over!

I'll accept anything 760+, but I'll truly be happy with 780+

Dude! Your scores on the MGMATs are fkn amazing..... Did you take them under timed conditions???? I just started working with MGMAT CATs and their Quant seems impossible to me. They start with tough 50+ level questions from the very beginning......Not sure how you can finish the entire section in 75 min if you don't guess on a few questions...... I know you score 770 on the real thing and just can't believe you didn't get 800 considering you probably got the best MGMAT scores of anyone I know.
