I've been hearing this claim over and over again, the first 10 questions are the most important questions in any given section, as the grading primarily uses that section to categorize your scoring. Is this true? or false? Can anyone please elaborate? Thanks!!

Is it true though that after the first 10 questions you can estimate where your score is to where the difficulty of the questions??
