Just took my first practice test.
Results:
Q39 / V27 / IR7(very surprised with the IR score since I literally did just 10 questions from the gmat prep)
For Q and V I did 20 and 24 correct respectively...what seems to really hurt the score is the consecutive wrong answers in some parts of the two sections..
For V, even though I got only 1 SC wrong, I did really bad on the RC questions (and to a lesser extend CR questions).
Time management was not an issue.
I've been preparing using only OG13 and the quantitative/verbal review additional guides. I already have a conditional offer (based on my experience, professional qualifications, essays, interview, etc) from my first choice business school but I need to get a satisfactory gmat score (I would imagine 580+) so that the offer becomes unconditional.
With less than 2 weeks left for the exam, I believe (or hope?) I can make it.

Yes is possible if you believe so. Give the exam with full confidence and try not to mess up RC. Your SC is strong so try to push more on RC. You can not develop a very good level of RC/CR in 2 weeks but yes you can at least improve a bit.
You quant score is also not very good. Do not leave this for exam. Brush up concepts and try to complete Og13, Og quant and gmatprep questions.
