First PARANOIA ATTACK of the season. Please help!!!!

Question

I am using self reported transcripts for all my schools. In the university that I studied in, some courses were evaluated out of 125, others out of 50 and still others out of 200. Yeah, go figure. Two problems:
1. I have not entered the maximum possible scores for each course on the transcript.
2. Also, for calculating the term and cumulative GPA, I did this: (total score obtained / total possible score) * 100, but have not mentioned this formula in the transcript. I only mentioned the resultant percentage.

So basically, ad-com has no way of knowing how I arrived at this magic number :-(

However, there are no discrepancies with the official transcripts. It's just that I followed the format of the self reported transcript without making any changes. How bad is this? I've just 'earned' myself a ding haven't I?

Just put a side note saying how u came to this magic number. 

Since u dont have the maximum possible score - that would confuse the ad-com. You need to clarify on that

I called the admissions department and spoke to this lady. I explained the issue to her and she seemed pretty understanding. She said 'Although we will not view this as a lapse on your part, we cannot accept additional information from you at this point. If the evaluators need any clarification, we will contact you'

Well, I've done all I probably can (to first introduce a problem and then run around to fix it). Worst Case Scenario: I get dinged (probability ~ 0.99 anyway), and now have another excuse. Thanks for the help guys. Appreciate it :-)

What country was the university you studied in?

And did your country follow the normal grading protocol of that country?

I think every b school has a specific member who evaluates the international applicants. They might have experience with your situation and ask for clarification.

India There is no clearly defined grading protocol for the entire country. Let's just assume the worst and hope for the best. Always works :-)
