Ok so I tried the GMAT cold without ever looking at a single question.. havent bought any books yet just started reading about MBA GMAT test and decided to download the preptest from the official site
ok so the results are: 560 overall - Q-29 / V-38
I dont mind my verbal result.. in the questions I got wrong, the correct result was my 2nd choice and I was v undecided about them - looking back at my answers I can understand where I went wrong so I'm pretty confident I can improve the verbal score
re: the quant.. I havent done maths in 7 years now.. I was good at it but I just forgot how to solve algebra and geometry questions - even graphs, forgot how to calculate the x-wotever it is...
any suggestions on the best book to go over the principles? I believe its a question of going over some basic math principles... I'm aiming for 700+ when I take the test in 3 months time and I wont settle for less :p
any advice much appreciated
tnx all
