I got an admit from both UNC and Fisher and I'm confused as to where to go. I know that UNC is a better school but from a financial perspective, Fisher is a better choice. Is it worth taking a risk (a huge loan) with UNC or should I just play safe? Also how better is UNC compared to Fisher? I dont want to kick myself later for picking the wrong school. Im worried that I'll end up with a huge debt upon graduation if I pick kenan-flagler and dont get a job. At the sametime, I dont want to repent for rejecting a great school and possibly missing a great opportunity. Thoughts?

In my opinion, without knowing your post MBA goals, work loc preference, scholarship info (if received), it would be hard to compare the schools. I am sure that if you include the missing information then you would get better responses.

Agreed, give a little more info on goals etc.
If it were me I would first focus on:
1) Curriculum / teaching style
2) Concentrations / school specialties
3) Career services / placement percentage / Companies hiring graduates / starting salaries (If you don't have the US News subscription, go buy it)
4) Figure out what you want after school, where would each degree be useful
- If you want to stay in Ohio there definitely won't be anything wrong with Fisher
- If you want to go elsewhere try to figure out which companies are where you want to go and if they hire more UNC or Fisher graduates.
It is hard, but try to figure out what you want to do long term and which school would better suit your needs.
That all being said, in state tuition is hard to beat. I live in Raleigh and the price would be ~1/2 if I go to UNC full time.
