Hi NicolasNassar,

If your Exam was 'flagged', then the results have not been certified yet (re: they are not "Official") - and they've been 'pulled to the side' for the moment. This means that there's technically nothing to 'cancel' yet - and by extension, GMAC won't grant any Schools access to this result. All things considered, you should eventually be given the opportunity to cancel this Score if you choose (but you'll have to wait for the review process to be completed first.

I assume that you're not satisfied with a 550. What is your overall Score Goal and when are you planning to apply to School?

I actually am not satisfied at all since I need at least a score of 680 to be on the safe side while applying to most schools.
But since they flagged me and I need to wait for my scores to be approved I will never be able to cancel them because if they would get approved it would have passed the 72-hour deadline for canceling scores and now schools will actually see a score of 550 that I was mainly intending to cancel.
So is there no other solution for me to fix this problem?

I think at this point you likely need to wait this out but did you try giving the folks at GMAC a call?

Hello Everyone,

After 2 weeks of my GMAT exam being flagged, my official scores came out but I did not get the chance to cancel my scores since my session was flagged and I am afraid if I retake the test to score a 700 that most universities might want to average out both scores or even look only at the first score I got.

Thank you for your help,
Nicolas

Hi all!

I'm sharing my experience here:

I presented my exam on December 31st, 2021 (I know). My exam was flagged for administrative review and I received the official score today (15 business days or 21 calendar days)

1st online attempt 610 and I got the official results the next day
2nd online attempt 710 and the exam was flagged for admin review.

Maybe higher scores get flagged more often?

Hope this helps

Hi, I gave GMAT this Friday. Today I received an email that my exam has been flagged for administrative review. I gave the GMAT Online very obediently, followed all the rules, gave my full coordination to the proctor, yet I got flagged for no reason at all.

I am getting pretty concerned about this as I am applying in Round 3, for which deadlines are fast approaching. Is there anything I can/should do to get this weird "flagging" issue resolved quickly?

Thanks, any suggestions will be highly appreciated!
