I am interested in energy banking/finance(specifically fossil fuels), political risk, and how it relates to emerging markets. Also, given that the economy might be going into recession due to the whole global COVID-19 outbreak, I figure it is an excellent time to go back to school.
Fletcher has been generous, too, as they have given me scholarship money.
I am wondering how these programs would be viewed by recruiters in energy banking, consulting, and the vast industry as a whole?

Congratulations on receiving admit from all the above schools, they are all some of the best schools in the world where you can pursue your post-graduation from.
According to my experience, I would rank these schools as follows:
1)LSE- Dream
2)John Hopkins- Dream
3)Fletcher- Upper Competitive
4)King's College London- Competitive
Now coming over to your interest energy banking/finance and political risk, I would advise you to go for either LSE as this school is one of the best in the world when it comes to Finance and being in London, the financial capital of UK this school will give you tremendous opportunities to go into the field of your choice.
Unless the scholarship offered by Fletcher is a very detrimental factor for you to choose a program, I would suggest LSE.
