A. that the suspect puts his weapon down
"puts" is wrong. It needs to be "put" and not "puts" as demand is subjunctive

B. that the suspect put down his weapon
Correct

C. that the suspect would put his weapon down
"demanded" and "would" do not go together.

D. from the suspect to put down his weapon
You demand a suspect, you do not demand from a suspect/color]

E. that the suspect put his weapons down
[color=#ff0000]Original sentence refers to a single weapon.
